LearnPlayApp ("we," "us") provides an interactive learning-games platform for schools at learnplayapp.com, along with related services such as big-screen rentals and VR experience days. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to the account holder and visitors to our website.

• Account information — name, email address, school or organization name, and password (stored in hashed form) when you sign up.
• Content you create — questions, answers, categories, and media you upload to build your games.
• Payment information — processed by our payment provider, Stripe. We do not store your card details; we receive only limited billing information such as the plan purchased and payment status.
• Usage information — how the platform is used under your account (for example, play counts and feature usage), plus standard technical logs such as IP address and browser type.
• Communications — messages you send us by email or phone.

LearnPlayApp is designed so that students never create accounts and never submit personal information. Games are presented by the teacher on a shared screen or projector. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

We share information only with the service providers we use to run LearnPlayApp, and only as needed to provide the Service:

• Stripe — payment processing;
• Supabase — authentication and database hosting;
• Vercel — website hosting and delivery.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a business transaction such as a merger or sale (in which case this policy will continue to apply to your information).

We keep your account information and content for as long as your account is active. After cancellation, we retain data for a reasonable period in case you return or as needed for legal, billing, or security purposes, then delete or anonymize it. You may request deletion sooner (see Section 8).

Each school's data is isolated to its own account, and we use encryption in transit, hashed passwords, and reputable infrastructure providers to protect your information. No system is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security — keep your credentials confidential and contact us immediately about any suspected unauthorized access.

You may access and update your account information from your dashboard. You may also contact us to request a copy of, a correction to, or the deletion of your personal information. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law; we honor valid requests in accordance with applicable law.

We use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary to keep you signed in and to operate the Service. You can control cookies through your browser settings, but disabling them may prevent parts of the Service from working.

We are based in the United States and process information in the U.S. If you use the Service from outside the U.S., you understand your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post changes on this page and update the effective date; for material changes we will make reasonable efforts to notify you.
